401 ReNuLube SBC
Environmentally Friendly Diesel Lubricity Additive

Description:
ReNuLube SBC contains a plant-derived diesel fuel lubricity modifier that is highly effective in all diesel fuels. This product utilizes renewable resources grown commercially by farmers. ReNuLube SBC has no adverse effects on engine oils and is compatible with all fuels and all other fuel additives. It is especially desirable for use in bio-diesel and bio-diesel blends to improve the stability and lubricity of these fuels.

Composition:
ReNuLube SBC is not just another soybean oil diesel additive. It is based on a complex synthetic ester of soybean oil scientifically combined with canola (rapeseed) and sugar beet derived compounds which are both non-toxic and biodegradable. In addition, ReNuLube SBC makes no contribution to harmful emissions.

Performance Characteristics:
ReNuLube SBC provides superior lubricity to diesel fuel. It exceeds the passing value of the Scuffing Load Ball On Cylinder Lubricity Evaluation (ASTM D-6078) by 57%. It also exceeds the passing value of the High Frequency Reciprocating Rig Test (ASTM D-6079) by 50%. Tests of the cetane number of diesel fuel have shown an improvement with the use of ReNuLube SBC in a reference fuel. ReNuLube SBC is extremely stable and has excellent low temperature properties. Therefore it does not gum up fuel systems during inactive periods and will not cause the fuel to gel in cold weather like other soy products do.

Applications:
ReNuLube SBC is highly effective at a treat rate of 1:400, or one quart for every 100 gallons diesel fuel. Other products tested and endorsed by soy promotion councils in certain state(s) are not effective at treat rates more dilute than 1:100 according to the test data that backs them and the composition they claim to be according to their endorsement; yet some of these competitive products falsely claim more dilute treat rates simply to make their treatment cost acceptable.
